Full 3D CAD modelling with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural integrity, thermal performance and pressure resistance. Vessels designed to AS1210 where required, with surface finishes to ≤ 0.4 Ra μm, CIP spray systems and passivated welds for sanitary applications.
